Gem is a UK based fashion and portrait photographer. She moved to London after graduating from Lincoln University with a BA in media production, specialising in photography, and being awarded photographer of the year in 2004. She has been shooting for over 10 years after assisting many top international photographers and has shot covers artists for publications such as Stella, Independent on Sunday, Loud and Quiet, Acoustic Magazine, as well as press shots, fashion and advertising campaigns.

Gem says “I relish getting the best out of my subjects which is why I love shooting so much. I believe that if a portrait is good it gives you an insight into that persons personality. I love my photos to look natural, authentic and intimate”
